Robert Davis MBA, MSN, RN-BC, NE-BC,

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Robert has been a nurse for over 12 years. He originally started as a nurse in the Emergency Department and moved over into a leadership position, overseeing Cardiac Services in multiple organizations, all while maintaining his emergency medicine skills. One of Robert's passions is Health and Wellness, which is why he create RxIV Infusions

Robert is aspiring to be a Chief Nursing Officer of a hospital one day, all while growing RxIV Infusions, which has been a passion of his for a long time. He quickly obtained a dual Master’s degree and many certifications to ensure he is up to date on the latest education.

Robert presently resides in Long Island, New York. During his free time he volunteers for the local fire department, as well as his temple. When he isn’t volunteering he is trying to figure out how he can get more letters after his name.

Mara McCrossin MSN, AGNP-C, RN-BC

CHIEF NURSING OFFICER

Mara has been a nurse for over 12 years. She started her career in neuroscience nursing, moved over to a leadership role in critical care, and eventually pursued her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Mara now works as a Nurse Practitioner at a local Long Island Hospital.

Mara received her Bachelor’s degree from New York University and her Master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Nursing from Stony Brook University. She is a New York certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with training in an ICU setting.

Mara is the Chief Nursing Officer for our company and has done extensive research, ensuring that we provide the best service to our clients.

Mara presently resides in Long Island, New York. During her free time she enjoys hiking and camping with her family, as well as relaxing pool side.

Laura Carlisi, MSN, RN, CEN

Nurse Manager

Laura joined the team in September of 2021. She has been a nurse for over 10 years. She started her career in the emergency department, where she mastered her IV placement skills. She worked in the ED for 10 years before becoming a member of the RxIV infusion team.

Laura obtained her Bachelors degree from Adelphi University. She also has her Masters in Science of Nursing with a specialization in nursing education from Capella University.

Laura currently resides in Long Island, NY. In her free time she likes to travel with her husband and explore different restaurants!

Kelsey Thomas BSN, RN

Assistant Nurse Manager

Kelsey joined the team in December 2021. She’s been a nurse for 9 years. She started her career in medical surgical and cardiac nursing and moved on into emergency medicine where she worked for over four years before becoming a member of the Rxiv Infusion team.

Kelsey obtained her BSN degree from Bob Jones university.

Kelsey currently resides in Long Island New York. in her free time she likes to go to the beach with her husband and hang out with her friends.

Kimberly Mesa, BSN, RN

Assistant Nurse Manager

Kimberly joined the team January of 2022. She has been a nurse for over 13 years and graduated with a BSN in 2009 from Adelphi University. She started her nursing career as a Neonatal ICU Nurse at Winthrop University Hospital which along with many other things, taught her how to be skilled at the most difficult of IV placement.

Kimberly resides in St. James Long Island with her husband and son John and their 2 cats. She is a huge Dave Matthews Band fan and has been to over 10 of their shows. She also enjoys traveling and has been all around the world including Australia , Greece and Iceland.
